What you will generate

A document-style dossier aligned with the Carchain compliance and technical reporting format, but written strictly in pre-installation terms.

    Company and purpose

    Describe who the dossier is for, why the system is intended, and the operational context in which it would be used.

    Start with the identity of the customer and the declared purpose of the intended deployment. Only the core information needed to describe the proposed setup is mandatory.

    Describe the intended visibility model, Privacy Mode logic, and the operational privacy needs that should drive the proposed setup.

    Describe how visibility should work in the platform and, where relevant, how Privacy Mode should restrict ordinary visibility and exceptional consultation.

    Capture the intended trip and location retention logic in a simple, document-oriented way.

    Use this step to confirm the proposed Carchain retention baseline and provide only the minimum declarations needed for the dossier. Add more detail only where it materially supports the intended configuration.
